Our Manifesto

We all know that today's world is full of distractions, stress, and anxiety. We are constantly bombarded with information, notifications, and demands on our time and attention. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and lost in the chaos of modern life.

How can we deal with this? How can we find peace, clarity, and purpose in the midst of all the noise and confusion? How can we grow and thrive in all areas of our lives?

We believe that the answer lies in cultivating a holistic approach to personal growth and development. In order to heal, evolve and transform we need to address all aspects of our being: mind, body, and soul.

Where do we start from and how do we get there?

First, we need to understand and address the root causes of our problems and look for solutions that are sustainable and lasting rather than quick fixes and band-aid solutions.

We also need to understand that being able to change ourselves and evolve, we should know our strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs, desires, fears, aspirations etc. or in simple terms, our true selves.

But hold on, this is always,

Easier said than done.

Or is it, really?

Let's break these two main parts into smaller pieces and see how we can tackle them:

Understanding the root causes of our problems:

Global education economy is rapidly changing and evolving just like the rest of the world. First we've seen the rise of the internet and the digital age, then the importance of the knowledge, and now the rise of the experience.

We've printed bunch of books, put our younger selves into gray buildings, and told them to memorize the information, and tested them to see if they put all the information into their brains.

We've closed the doors and windows, then we got mad at them for not being able to think outside the box.

We've told them to be creative, then we've told them to be quiet.

We've told them to be happy, then we've told them to be happy, you need to be successful, and to be successful, you need to be rich, and to be rich, you need to be famous, and to be famous, you need to be popular, and to be popular, you need to stand out, and to stand out, you need to be different, and to be different, you need to be unique, and to be unique, you need to be yourself.

We've told them to be themselves, then we've told them to be like everyone else.

There are hundreds of thousands of masterminds, techniques, gurus, courses, therapi programs, books, podcasts and apps out there that promise to help us grow and improve.

However, most of them fall short in a few key ways:

Knowing our true selves:

We as humans are complex beings with many layers and dimensions. We all have different thoughts and feelings; experiences and memories, desires and fears, strengths and weaknesses, values and beliefs...

Yet a lot of the people live their entire lives and never live the way they want to live, never do what they want to do, never become who they want to become.

If you're gonna change you, you're gonna have to find out something about yourself. -Ray Stanford.

Once we can get out of from the autopilot mode and start to observe ourselves, something magical happens.

Our curiosity arises, we start to ask questions that we never asked before, our awareness expands, we start to see the patterns in our thoughts and behaviors,

suddenly we start to enjoy the process of learning, failing, trying, evolving once we start we can't stop.

We start to seek different perspectives, we look at birds and flies then we craft our own wings and start to fly.

We start dreaming, then that dream becomes a vision, and that vision becomes a reality.

We don't mind the obstacles, we don't mind the failures, like a child learning to ride a bike,

We would know we are more than our thoughts, we would know we are more than our feelings, We could decide what we want to experience, and be grateful to take the steps to get there.

We would be proud of ourselves, not because of the destination, but because of the journey.

We start to live our lives with intention, we start to live our lives with purpose, we start to live our lives with passion.
